Make room for a tea moment.

Make room for a tea moment.

The cup is a setting. The pause is the practice.

Choose a familiar cup.

This note is about the act of taking a pause, rather than a specific herbal recipe. Choose a drink you already know is suitable for you. You do not need a special tool or ingredient.

Leave a little space.

Sit comfortably and give yourself a moment away from another task. Notice the surroundings and the simple actions of preparing and holding your cup.

Let it remain small.

A daily ritual does not need a dramatic outcome. You can keep a short note about when a pause fits your day.
